Professional Cookery

The National Youth Service Council has initiated several Course programs to enable the youth to develop their skills while also providing an opportunity to achieve their future job aspirations. Cookery will give you theoretical knowledge as well as job oriented practical that is necessary for employment and higher education. This is a full time course which will be held on weekdays.

It is our objective to show the correct path that will direct youth to their desired occupations while at the same time developing entrepreneurial abilities by obtaining the necessary knowledge, skills and gentle attitudes within a disciplined environment.

By completing this course , can achieve Competency Level 4 under the National Vocational Qualifications Competency Standards through following a variety of full time study programs covering a variety of occupations.
