GLOBAL LEADER
A Residential Training Project was held recently for the Global Leaders to create a disciplined Sri Lankan youth community, empowering them as Global Leaders with enhanced knowledge and skills suitable to represent Sri Lanka proudly and confidently in the international arena.
This training takes place in the National Institute of Plantation Management for 11 days continuously for the young people selected from island-wide through a Competitive Selection Procedure.
This program was powered by Cargills, Unilever, Sri Lanka Tea Board, Ocean Trade and Logistics Pvt (Ltd), and Link Natural Pvt(Ltd).
Another step of creating a confident youth community to win the international arena was about to be ended soon.
